Do you want to be more involved at FBFA activities and events? Click on the button below to let us know what you might be interested in for the 2020-2021 school year. The form includes a comment box, but you are always welcome to Contact the FBFA at Brasserfbfa@gmail.com with any questions.

How to get involved:

The FBFA relies on the generosity and talents of the Brasser families and staff who volunteer their time in a number of ways throughout the year. Every level of participation is valued and appreciated. Please indicate the 2020-21 FBFA programs you would like to help plan and include your contact information.

Once a year FBFA activities:

  • Apparel sales– Brasser shirts, sweatshirts, etc. (fall and spring sales, planning in spring 2020)
  • Apple Dumpling Festival (planning begins in Spring 2020 – Usually held in October, a fun, social activity for Brasser families. Games, bounce house, home made apple dumplings and more.)
  • Chili Recreation Halloween Event (Evening event, a couple hours handing out candy and prizes to kids in amazing costumes)
  • End of year spring social (held in June, planning in fall/winter, fun family event to close out the year)
  • Fall Fundraiser (planning begins in Spring 2020 – October-November, most likely pies, cheesecake, cannoli’s and coffee from local area businesses.)
  • Fall Restaurant Fundraiser (usually paired with Fall Fundraiser pickup date so families can grab a quick dinner and pick up their fundraising items all in one night. Local restaurants and eating establishments are utilized to provide a convenient dinner option that also supports FBFA fundraising initiatives)
  • Holiday Craft Fair (planning begins in Spring 2020 – Held in early December, 70 or more vendors selling homemade crafts with a few direct vendors mixed in. Open to the whole community and a great opportunity for Holiday shopping.)
  • Pancake Breakfast (Mid-December, Brasser family event held at a local restaurant. Teacher and staff volunteer to serve you a delicious breakfast while Santa stops in for a visit.)
  • Spring Book Fair (hosted by our Brasser librarian, supported with FBFA and other volunteers)
  • Spring Fundraiser (held if needed to reach school year fundraising goal.)
